Abstract
One of the most common respiratory infections that causes substantial morbidity and mortality worldwideis pneumonia, particularly in poorer countries with poor medical infrastructure. Chest X-ray imaging is essential for early diagnosis, although it can be difficult. In order to identify pneumonia from chest X-rays, this study created an automated deep learning computer-aided diagnosis method. Three pre-trained convolutional neural network models (ResNet-18, DenseNet-121), together with a newly developed weighted average ensemble approach based on evaluation metric scores, were used in the ensemble. Tested using five-fold cross-validation on two public X-ray datasets for pneumonia, the methodoutperformed stateof-the-art techniques with high accuracy (98.2%, 86.7%) and sensitivity (98.19%, 86.62%). Over 2.5 million fatalities globally are attributed to pneumonia each year. This precise automated model can help radiologists diagnose patients in a timely manner, particularly in situations with limited resources. How it is included into clinical decision assistance systems has the potential to improve pneumonia management and outcomes significantly.

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) has progressed from operating as isolated algorithmic units to functioning as interconnected modules within complex intelligent systems. Today’s applications—such as autonomous vehicles, virtual assistants, and adaptive robotics—rely on the cooperation of multiple specialized algorithms, each handling distinct cognitive tasks like perception, learning, reasoning, and planning. This paper proposes a theoretical framework for understanding how these diverse algorithms interact to produce cohesive and intelligent behavior. It introduces a taxonomy of AI functions and explores key design principles that enable algorithmic cooperation, including modular architecture, inter-module data flow, control hierarchies, and synergistic task execution. A conceptual case study of a virtual assistant illustrates how various AI components—such as speech recognition, intent understanding, logic-based reasoning, and personalized response generation—collaborate within an integrated system. The goal of this research is to provide a foundation for designing next-generation AI systems that are robust, interpretable, and cooperative, offering a scalable pathway to building more human-aligned and intelligent machines.

Abstract
Authentication is a fundamental pillar of cybersecurity in the web industry, ensuring secure access to systems, services, and sensitive data. As cyber threats evolve, robust authentication mechanisms are essential for safeguarding digital assets against unauthorized access, identity theft, and data breaches.[^1] This paper explores various authentication methods, including knowledge-based, possession-based, inherence-based, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and emerging passwordless techniques. Each section delves into the operational mechanisms of these authentication methods, their security strengths and weaknesses, and their applicability across different contexts, such as enterprise environments, cloud computing, and IoT ecosystems. The analysis includes a comparative evaluation of traditional passwordbased systems, biometric authentication, hardware security tokens, and adaptive authentication strategies. Additionally, this paper discusses vulnerabilities associated with each method, such as phishing attacks, credential stuffing, biometric spoofing, and social engineering, alongside mitigation strategies. [^2] By providing a comprehensive assessment of authentication security, this paper aims to offer insights into best practices and future advancements in authentication technologies
